Affiliate activities are aligned to accomplish the mission of IEEAF.
Focusing on the key initiatives of educational institutions, affiliates
provide both the motivation and impetus to accelerate the uses of the
Internet to achieve specific educational and learning objectives.
This is achieved by actively partnering within our collective
resources and stakeholder base of government agencies, foundations and
corporations who share and seek to advance our vision.
Academic
Academic and other educational institutions are encouraged to
affiliate themselves with the goals of the IEEAF in order to integrate
and promote reliable Internet access and network resources such that
real connectivity and benefits can be established that makes the
benefits of the Internet available to all.
Corporate
Corporations and governmental entities wishing to collaborate on the
expansion of next generation Internet capabilities and advanced
research and education networks are encouraged to become an affiliate
of the IEEAF.
Partnerships between these varied entities will ensure the most
efficient means of distribution, connectivity and collaborations of
"cyber-learning", "e-learning" and the educational content across
networks, nations and on a truly global basis.
